Chairman and Founder
Charles Myers, Chairman and Founder of Signum Global Advisors, has over 25 years of US political and electoral experience advising candidates in Presidential, Senate, House of Representatives and Gubernatorial races, including Hillary Clinton for President 2016 and Joe Biden for President 2020. He also has 30 years of experience in global financial markets.

As Chairman, Charles works with financial institutions and multi-national businesses to anticipate and assess policy agendas and announcements. Areas of expertise include US foreign policy and the implications of the Biden presidency in the US, Europe and Asia. Charles also forecasts global trade policy and energy dynamics.
Formerly Vice Chairman of Evercore ISI, he was the Founding Partner & Head of their Institutional Equities business. Prior to that, Charles served as Global Head of Equities and Board Member at Fox-Pitt, Kelton. Charles has a BA from Amherst College in Massachusetts and a post-graduate M. Phil degree from Cambridge University in England.
Andrew Bishop
Senior Partner | Global Head of Policy Research
Andrew Bishop, Senior Partner and global head of policy research at Signum Global Advisors, is an established political analyst with a 15-year track record of advising institutional investors, corporates and governments on political risks in developed, emerging, and frontier markets. Andrew is also head of Signum’s Washington, D.C. office.

Andrew joined Signum from Eurasia Group where he served as Deputy Head of Research and was also a Director in the firm’s Global Macro practice. Prior to that, Andrew was a senior manager in the World Economic Forum’s strategic foresight and risk analysis unit, during which he regularly participated in the organization’s annual meeting in Davos.
Andrew is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Munich Security Conference Young Leader, and an alumnus of the Atlantik-Bruecke. He received his master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and ‘SciencesPo. Paris’ and was a fellow at the Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C.
Lew Lukens
Senior Partner
Lew Lukens, Senior Partner is head of Signum’s San Francisco office. He previously served for 30 years as a US Foreign Service officer, representing the US overseas across five administrations and five continents.

Among his many assignments, Lew served as US Ambassador to Senegal and Guinea-Bissau, Deputy Executive Secretary for Secretary Hillary Clinton, Senior Director at the National Security Council working for Dr. Condoleezza Rice and President Bush, and US Consul General in Vancouver. Most recently, Lew was the Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in London.
Lew also worked in Baghdad, Dublin, Sydney, Abidjan, and Guangzhou, as well as multiple tours in Washington. At the National Security Council, he helped to coordinate the US government response to the 9/11 terror attacks.
Lew has an AB from Princeton University. In 2002 he was selected by the State Department and Princeton for a John Weinberg Fellowship and received his MPP from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
Jason Press
Senior Partner
Jason Press, Senior Partner focused on client relationships for Signum Global Advisors. With more than 20 years in global markets, he works with a wide variety of financial institutions and corporations providing insights and forecasting how political and global macro developments affect investment portfolios and business strategies.

Jason was a senior member of political risk advisor Eurasia Group. Previous to that, he worked in emerging markets investment strategy at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and São Paulo. Before entering the financial sector, Jason worked in Washington, DC with Republican policymakers from Kansas.
He is an active member of several industry associations including the CFA Institute and the Society of Quantitative Analysts. Jason holds a BA degree from Tufts University and a Master’s degree in international finance and banking from Columbia University (SIPA).
Stefan Griffiths
Partner
Stefan Griffiths, Partner, is head of EMEA markets sales and client services for Signum Global Advisors based in London. Prior to joining Signum, Stefan worked with Oxford Economics and Lloyds Banking Group in client engagement, business development and communications management.

Stefan has over 10 years’ experience supporting clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He received his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Leeds Beckett University. His studies included stints at Columbia University and Georgetown, where he specialized in community polarisation and US politics. Stefan speaks Spanish and is a competitive CrossFitter.
David Pagliaro

David Pagliaro, Senior Partner, is Signum’s Global Head of Client Services. Based in London, David oversees the coordination and delivery of the firm’s commercial efforts and leads the business development team globally

David built his career at the intersection of business and international politics and is experienced in engaging C-level stakeholders, crafting mutually beneficial partnerships and in convening high-level discussions.
David previously worked for almost a decade at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, where he managed relationships with corporate members and strategic partners. David holds a Master’s degree in Middle East Studies from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Trieste (Italy). He speaks fluently in French and Italian, and serves on the Board of Directors for Hackney Tennis, a London based tennis charity.
Jordan Silberfeld
Partner
Jordan Silberfeld, Partner, is a member of the Sales and Client Services team for Signum Global Advisors. Based in New York, Jordan helps the firm’s engagement with institutional investors and other financial institutions, and assists with strategic corporate development initiatives.

Prior to joining Signum, Jordan was a member of Bain Capital’s Real Estate investment team, where he was responsible for executing private equity real estate investments across U.S. markets. He also worked at PJT Partners in the Park Hill Group, where he advised on the formation of joint ventures as well as private equity placements globally. Prior to entering financial services, Jordan worked in Washington, DC with congressional policymakers from New York.
Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Real Estate / Urban Land Economics, with concentrations in French and Mandarin Chinese from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Rebeca Ojeda

Rebeca Ojeda, Senior Partner, is Head of EMEA and Latin American Markets, for Signum Global Advisors in London. She is responsible for client service and business development efforts with financial markets clients in EMEA (Europe/UK, Middle East, Africa) and Spanish speaking Latin America.

During her successful 25 year career in financial services, Rebeca held senior positions at several leading investment banks including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, HSBC and UBS servicing key global institutional investors. Rebeca’s multidisciplinary approach combines deep understanding of capital markets with unique experience in emerging markets to provide differentiated advisory skills, proven and tested across regions and cycles.
Rebeca is a graduate from Universidad de las Américas, in Mexico where she obtained her BA in International Relations and received her MBA from Cass Business School in London.

Regina Ewers, Partner, is a member of the sales and client service team for Signum Global Advisors. Regina has over 15 years experience in financial services on the buy-side and sell-side.

Prior to Signum Global, Regina worked at Artio Global Management (formerly Julius Baer Investment Management) as a senior research analyst on the International Equity Fund.
She also worked at Absolute Strategy Research as a global macro sales specialist and Merrill Lynch as a European equity salesperson. Prior to entering financial services, Regina was a senior auditor and tax consultant with Ernst & Young.
Regina received her BS in Accounting from Providence College and her MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
Rafael Ch
Partner | Senior Analyst
Rafael Ch is Partner and Senior Analyst for Latin America and Emerging Markets at Signum Global Advisors, based in NYC. With over a decade of experience, he advises on geoeconomics, macro-financial, and political risks for a range of clients including institutional investors, development banks, corporates, and governments. Rafael’s expertise focuses on the impact of political frictions on asset pricing, especially in fixed-income, FX, and ESG investments.

Rafael was previously the lead economist at the International Crisis Group and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Princeton’s Empirical Studies of Conflict Program, where he specialized in the nexus of political frictions and macro-financial risk in emerging and debt-distressed economies. He also taught as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU’s Politics Department and Stern School of Business before joining Signum.
Rafael holds a Ph.D. in Politics from NYU, where he specialized on political economy and political risk in Latin America, and was a Fulbright Scholar during his Master’s in Politics at NYU. He has authored numerous policy reports, served as the lead investigator for multilateral development banks’ flagship reports, and published several papers in top-10 economics and political science journals.
Nicholas FitzRoy
Partner | Senior Europe Analyst
Nicholas FitzRoy, Partner and Senior Europe Analyst at Signum Global Advisory, has a decade of experience producing political and economic analysis, mainly for corporates and governments.

Nico previously worked at the Economist Intelligence Unit where he focused on political and economic forecasting, and headed up the firm’s business risk practice. He was also a senior political risk analyst for G4S Risk Consulting.
Nico holds an MSc in International Relations from Bristol University, as well as an MSc in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Economics, both from Birkbeck, University of London.
Rob Casey
Partner | Senior Analyst
Rob Casey, Partner and Senior Analyst, began his career at Signum Global Advisors in 2019. He joined the firm as a Summer Associate and returned as a full-time Analyst following the completion of his degree. Rob holds a BA in Political Science and French from Amherst College.

Based in Signum’s New York office, Rob contributes to the firm’s research and client services teams. He spearheads a number of operational responsibilities, including coordinating Signum’s public media relationships and overseeing Signum’s internship program.
Rob is a Young Professionals member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He rides with the Wheels of Justice cycling club in support of pediatric oncology treatment.
Annette Detmer Acar

Annette Detmer Acar, Partner, is part of the London team, where she’s based and leads business development in Europe with a specific focus on the DACH region. With over 15 years of experience in selling to and supporting financial market institutions and corporates across Europe, Asia and MENA, Annette has built a strong professional network across firms interested in geopolitical advisory and analysis.

Prior to joining Signum, Annette worked for political risk advisor firm Eurasia Group as a senior member of the client relationship and sales operations team. Previous to that, she was a sales manager at Bloomberg in London, covering the DACH region.
Annette developed an interest in the intersection of financial markets and geopolitics early on in her professional career. After receiving her Bachelor’s in Arabic and Politics from the University of Leeds, she pursued a Master’s in International Politics from Queen Mary University of London and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Annette speaks fluent German and Spanish. She likes learning languages and tries to master as many as possible. Furthermore, she is an avid traveler and reader of good books.
Sophie Hélène Laurence

Sophie Laurence, Associate, started her career at Signum Global Advisors as a Summer Intern in 2023, and returned full-time after graduating from Amherst College in 2024 with a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations, with Computer Science courses including A.I. and cyberpolitics.

With research interests in geopolitics and technology, Sophie’s professional background includes writing code for Google and white papers for the U.S. Senate.
At the New York City office, Sophie’s operational responsibilities include assisting the Research and Sales teams, analyzing client and user data, and event support. She is a native French speaker and supports the international nonprofit organization, Girls Who Code.
Jessica McCoy
Global Engagement Director
Jessica McCoy, Global Engagement Director, joined Signum Global Advisors in 2024. Based in the New York City office, Jess leads event planning and assists with operations. She holds a BA in Public Health, Spanish Studies, and Conservation Biology from the University of Minnesota.

Jess has been engaged in politics from a young age, even spearheading a mock election at her elementary school at the age of 10. Prior to joining Signum, she worked as a Researcher and Program Manager at a politics-focused non-profit organization and previously played a pivotal role in a New York City Council Campaign.
Outside of work, Jess is an avid hiker and runner. She is also deeply committed to community service, volunteering her time at Team TLC, a grassroots organization that provides basic necessities and legal support to asylum seekers in NYC.
